Welcome to Shaheen Quran Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, courses, and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Registration

Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed-upon payment for the selected course.
Shaheen Quran Academy reserves the right to accept or decline registration requests at its discretion.

2. Class Scheduling and Attendance

Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between the student/parent and Shaheen Quran Academy.
Students must be punctual and regular. Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled.
If a teacher cancels a class for any reason, a makeup class will be provided.

3. Fees and Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the payment plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or full term).
All payments are non-refundable, except under special circumstances decided by the Academy’s management.
Fees do not include internet charges, devices, or any third-party software subscriptions.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Students may request cancellation by giving at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Partial or full refunds are considered only in exceptional cases (e.g., unavoidable technical issues from our side).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must show respect to teachers and other students at all times.
Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
Students must adhere to Islamic values during classes (e.g., modest dress code, appropriate communication).

6. Learning Materials

Shaheen Quran Academy may provide digital learning materials (PDFs, audio files, notes) for educational purposes only.
Students may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any material without written permission.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
Students must not record or share classes without prior written consent from Shaheen Quran Academy.

8. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure a stable internet connection, working microphone, webcam (if required), and suitable device for online learning.
Shaheen Quran Academy is not responsible for disruptions due to the student’s technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, logos, course materials, and teaching resources are the intellectual property of Shaheen Quran Academy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications and Updates

Shaheen Quran Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Students are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shaheen Quran Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific results from participation in any course.
